WOVEN
Family and sexual violence remain among the most widespread human rights abuses worldwide. ‘Woven’ explores the profound consequences survivors face, from urgent needs like safe housing and medical care, to obtaining protection orders and rebuilding their lives after leaving abusive environments.
Since its founding in 2014, Femili PNG has been a pioneer in Papua New Guinea, dedicated to helping survivors navigate complex care and justice systems. In this film, we share insights from conversations with survivors, partners, and Femili PNG representatives, illustrating the organisation’s impact on individual lives and its role in driving broader social change.
